Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Supervises employees.
Assists the manager in the daily operational management, operation and service. Coordinates and controls activities.
1. Supervises sales/production in consultation with the manager:
controls the execution of activities; monitors the progress of work
ensures compliance with quality, quantity, service, safety and hygiene guidelines
monitors the friendliness of the service towards the customers; informs and directs; deals with complaints
collaborates with and supports employees/colleagues
2.Work organization and planning:
Ensures the execution and control of:
work planning and task allocation
orders, reception, stock, inventory
operation of the working material
3. Staff Affairs
advises on selection and hiring o leads and trains
provides guidance and instruction, motivates and directs
controls the circulation of money (cash reports, validity of means of payment), invoices
controls data on staff occupancy, sales, inventory, losses, according to guidelines
Processes and controls data; prepares statements; files documents
5. Replaces the manager in his absence
Has a high school diploma
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the hotel and catering industry.
