Objectives

  • Ensure reception, manage customer orders and clear the room.
  • Meet quality, service and hygiene standards.

Main tasks

Home:
  • Greets customers in the dedicated area.
  • Takes orders and registers them at the cash register.
  • Places the order on a tray or in a bag for take-out.
  • Checks out and cashes the customer.
Room:
  • Clears tables and cleans room.
  • Replenishes napkins and straws.
  • Replaces garbage cans, cleans tables and arranges chairs.
  • Keeps the room neat and tidy, directs customers.
