Objectives:

To provide a welcome, manage customer orders and clear the room.

To meet quality, service and hygiene standards.

Main tasks:

Reception:

Greets customers in the dedicated area.
Takes orders and registers them at the cash desk.
Places the order on a tray or in a takeaway bag.
Checks the bill and cashes the customer.

Room:

Clears the tables and cleans the room.
Replenishes the stock of napkins and straws.
Replaces rubbish bins, cleans tables and arranges chairs.
Keeps the room tidy and clean and directs customers.
